This is another dream coming true for us as music fans who are running a record label. We love the work of J Robbins as a musician, producer and engineer (he has worked with bands such as Pilot To Gunner, The Promise Ring, Jets to Brazil, Braid, Retisonic, Texas Is the Reason, Garrison, The Sword, Bluetip, Clutch and many others), and we are big fans of his bands such as Jawbox, Burning Airlines, Office Of Future Plans – and CHANNELS.
It was an honor and a pleasure for us to make to make the re-releases of both Burning Airlines albums on vinyl happen in 2012. In 2013, we were proud to release a re-press of the Office Of Future Plans debut 7″ on Arctic Rodeo. We are big fans of the amazing Kerosene 454 as well, so after having put 1 and 1 together, the vinyl release of both CHANNELS records seemed the right and necessary thing to do.
Ladies & gentlemen, we are super excited and very proud to announce CHANNELS’ “Open” EP to be released on vinyl 10″, and their full length album “Waiting For the Next end Of The World” on 12″ LP. Both records will include a free CD and will be released in April 2014. The pre-order of both albums will be up at our webstore February 24th.
