We are very sorry having to let you know that the release date of the vinyl version of SKELETON KEY’s “Obtainium” will have to be pushed back. Due to a few problems we had with the audio pre-master and the vinyl re-mastering of the album, there will be a delay of a few weeks unfortunately. August 15th is now set as new release date. This is safe and will definitely work out. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, usually we are very reliable and do not announce release dates we are not able to hold on to.

The vinyl pressing will be limited to 300 copies. 100 copies will be on pink vinyl and 200 copies will be on green/blue vinyl. There will be a free CD added to every LP. Please feel free to surf over and check out all pressing infos about “Obtainium” and infos about SKELETON KEY.
The pre-order is now up at our webstore. Please feel free to visit our Facebook page for updates, news and further infos. We highly appreciate you clicking the “like” button.

It was such a big pleasure and a huge honor for us to release the oustanding album “Gravity Is The Enemy” from one of our favourite bands SKELETON KEY in 2012. We were psyched getting the chance to work with these gentlemen from New York City back then, so we had the idea of making another step and finally making a vinyl version of the band’s previous album called “Obtainium” happen since we think this album is so good. The CD has originally been released on Mike Patton’s label Ipecac Recordings in 2002. SKELETON KEY have done a lot of touring together with bands such as The Melvins, The Jesus Lizard, Primus and Tomahawk on the past. We have always been hoping and waiting for this great record to be out on vinyl as well until today, figuring out we could actually take care of this ourselves. Everyone involved was very open minded and excited about this idea, so here we go: SKELETON KEY’s thrilling record “Obtainium” will finally be out on wax – remastered for vinyl and including one exclusive and previously unreleased bonus track which is amazing. Thanks a lot to SKELETON KEY and Ipecac Recordings for making it possible.
